【科普指引】天氣炎熱、旅行疲勞 運動生理人員提供建議對策


        本中心曾於今 (112) 年6月舉辦教練增能課程,由運動科學處陸康豪講解<Cooling (降溫) 與運動訓練>,建議室外項目選手可善用cooling輔助訓練。另亦有研究支持,室內項目選手也適用cooling促進恢復。本處已將課程內容濃縮製作成cooling提示小卡,提供若干cooling建議方法與步驟 (請見圖卡)。

        除了天氣炎熱之外,選手也可能會受長途飛行影響,發生旅行疲勞 (travel fatigue) 與時差 (jet lag),導致出國比賽時狀況不佳。有鑑於此,本處已蒐集整理最新的相關科學文獻,並將內容具體轉譯製作成<旅行疲勞與時差之對策>提示小卡,供培訓隊參考 (請見圖卡)。
